1. General Conditions & Farm Safety

Our farm is a working agricultural environment. By entering the property, you acknowledge that a farm presents inherent natural and mechanical risks.

  • Guest Safety: Visitors must stay within designated public areas (such as the farm stand or designated pick-your-own fields). Entering unauthorized areas, pastures, or equipment sheds is strictly prohibited.

  • Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Animals: For the safety of our crops and livestock, pets are not allowed on the farm property, with the exception of trained service animals. Do not feed or touch any farm animals unless expressly permitted by farm staff.

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or ask visitors to leave the property if these Terms are violated.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Availability: Because our products are agricultural and highly dependent on seasons and weather, product availability, variety, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, weights, and images. However, natural variations in size, color, and shape are to be expected with fresh produce and artisanal goods.

3. Purchases, Returns, and Refunds

  • Payment: All purchases made at our farm stand or online must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We accept [Cash / Credit Cards / Venmo / etc.].

  • All Sales Final: Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, food products, and agricultural goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. Customers are encouraged to inspect all items carefully prior to purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Inherent Risks of Agriculture: By entering Dacha Grown, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to natural elements, uneven terrain, insects, farm machinery, and livestock.

  • Disclaimer: Dacha Grown Farm and Kitchen, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or property loss resulting from your visit to the farm or the consumption/use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property & Media

  • Our Content: All content on our website and social media, including logos, text, graphics, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Dacha Grown and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Photography on the Farm: We welcome personal photography at our farm stand! However, commercial photography, professional photoshoots, or media filming require prior written permission from the owners.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website or updating our signage at the farm stand. It is your responsibility to check for changes.
