Our Batard loaves are shaped by hand, forming an oval loaf with a crisp crust and open, tender crumb. Made with organic, locally sourced, freshly milled grains to retain its full flavor and nutrition. We use heritage grain varieties for their depth, resilience, and connection to traditional growing practices.
Each loaf is naturally leavened, slow-fermented and made from a short list of quality ingredients: flour, water, salt and time - giving you bread as it was meant to be.
